Match report from Richard Turner. Prior to the start of
the session, players had a moment of silence to remember Bill Pugh,
who was a part of the Worcestershires squad that reached the national finals,
and died recently. Worcs secured their first win with an
all-round performance. Maureen Clark, despite being a pawn down played
a
great end game to secure the draw against Richard Dawson. Both Friar
boys played aggressively, bringing in points.
