28 Sep 2026. Leicestershire withdraw from the u1850 competition and the controller invites Worcestershire and Lincolnshire to play a two matches for the Midlands u1850 championship.
26 Sep 2026. Derbyshire u1650 scored a clear victory over Leicestershire.
24 Sep 2026. Captains of u1850 teams agree to make all matches over 16 boards. The tie-break rule will apply to all boards.
23 Sep 2026. Nottinghamshire and Staffordshire will field teams to play for the Midlands u1450 championship.
19 Sep 2026. Staffordshire u1650 beat Warwickshire
8 Aug 2026. County competitions controller Stephen Smithson is delighted to report that eight counties and more teams will enter competitions than last season.
