2005-6 County Championships
1 July. Warwickshire in the Under-125 Championship were the only Midllands team to make it to the National finals, but they lost narrowly to Bedfordshire.
11 June. Leicestershire lost to Surrey in the Minor Counties and Warwickshire to Yorkshire in the u150 with Warwickshire under125 being the only Midlands side going to the finals.
20 & 21 May. All three of MCCU nominations for the Open fell. In the Minor Counties, Leicestershire were successful. In the u150, both Midlands sides won, but by the narrowest of margins.
29 April. In the national preliminary round, Nottinghamshire A beat Sussex on board count.
