Amusing story regards colours. Despite captains reading out names and pointing out seats seats they should sit at correctly, somehow Greater Manchester players occupied white seats on boards 1,2 and 4, so ending up with 9 whites to Lancashire's 7! (GM also white on 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15). Not noticed till well into games, agreed Lancashire would have 9 Whites next time we play!!
