Lincolnshire win Midlands team championship for first time

21 Feb. Lincolnshire beat Worcestershire in the final headed by GM Matthew Turner to take the title for the first time in over a century of this competition. In the play-off for the third Minor Counties place in the national stages, Leics beat Greater Manchester.
24 Jan. Worcs, West Zone winners narrowly defeated East zone runners-up, Leics. Lins beat GMC to join Worcs in the final.
